How to use:

• Load the Battery: Start by inserting the battery into the TENS unit. Ensure it’s properly installed before proceeding.
• Connect the Adhesive Pads: Attach the reusable adhesive pads to the wires provided. These pads will deliver the therapeutic pulses to your skin.
• Link to the LCD Display: Plug the wires into the LCD display unit. This connects the electrode pads to the control system.
• Prepare the Pads: Gently peel off the plastic sheets covering the adhesive pads. Keep these sheets for storage later.
• Apply the Pads: Place the adhesive pads directly onto your skin at the desired treatment area. Make sure they are firmly attached.
• Adjust Intensity: Press the '+' or '-' buttons on the LCD display to increase or decrease the intensity of the stimulation gradually. Start low and find the level that’s comfortable for you.
• Set Massage Time: Press the clock symbol on the display to select your preferred massage duration.
